Paul Brouns is a 60-year-old fine art photographer, artist and graphic designer who was born and raised in the South of the Netherlands in a small village in the province Limburg. Paul received his BA in Painting, Drawing, Photography and Graphics from the Academy of Arts in Tilburg in 1990. Brouns focuses on geometric patterns, lines and shapes, found in architecture. “I am fascinated by the abstract qualities of architecture, of which I testify by capturing and creating, what I call Urban Tapestries,” he explained. “My mission is to spread the beauty and enchantment of the architectural patterns in the world around me.”
