William Farges is a talented 25-year-old French artist and professinal photographer based in Toulouse, France. William graduated from ETPA and the University of Fine Arts in Toulouse. In his latest series “Black Line”, Farges captured surreal reflections of body angles, parts, and positions. Each diptych consists of two photos stitched together digitally.
In his researchs, richly influenced by art movements ranging from the Renaissance to Surrealism, William Farges is trying to push the boundaries of the photographic medium. His works, deliberately ambiguous, reveal the mangled bodies, embodying an uncanny more than fascinating.
