Jan Vranovsky is a talented self taught photographer, designer and architecture student, who was born in Prague and now based in Toyko, Japan. For his series “Parallel World”, Jan captures the seemingly mundane spaces in Japan and other cities in East Asia. Vranovsky says that he is “particularly interested in capturing cultural patterns unwittingly occurring in mundane, often neglected or less known urban areas.”
