Ross Paxton was born in Whitby, North Yorkshire. He first came under the spell of photography over a decade ago in the Yorkshire dales. Using a combination of 35mm film and a 4×5 inch camera Ross began to develop his own style. He then went on to study a Master’s in documentary photography at the University of The Arts London.

Ross has published work in the UK and abroad. His photography has helped to fund WWT, The Camphill Trust and more recently the British Heart Foundation. He currently works as a freelance photographer covering events throughout the UK.
